Dynamic Candidate Qualifying

Simply put, our objective is to quickly rule candidates out who are not a fit so we can locate those who are. Candidates are thoroughly evaluated based on their relevant technical knowledge and abilities, personality traits, emotional intelligence, cultural fit, past employment history and several other factors. We would rather submit nobody at all, than submit a candidate who is not a fit.

Retention

The ability to retain great people is a never-ending process. Corey Rockwell

MANAGER

Corey joined AE Business Solutions in 2015 and has been focused on expanding AE's unique and highly-effective Workforce Management services to both existing customers, as well as, new customers who have grown weary of traditional staffing chain practices.  Corey and his wife Sheri have two children under two years old which means that when he’s not at work, he’s either changing diapers or washing his hands.

Kelly Roethe

RECRUITMENT LEAD

Kelly has built her professional foundation on recruiting and business development experience which has conditioned her to look beyond the key words in a resume or job description. Kelly’s approach to recruiting is not to find you a job or a company an employee; she’s looking for synergy. Kelly digs deep, and asks (a lot) of questions: Where do you want to go? What challenges do you want to take on? What energizes you on a Monday and leaves you feeling accomplished on a Friday?

When she is not in the AE office, you can find Kelly with her husband Andrew in the stands, enthusiastically cheering on the Wisconsin Badgers.

Dave Helbing

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Dave joined AE Business Solutions as a Business Development Manager in 2018. Dave has over 20 years of Professional Services experience working with Six Sigma and IT consulting firms managing large corporate accounts. He has been responsible in past roles for managing high-value strategic accounts, projects, and personnel. Dave has a proven track record of success in account management with Fortune 500 companies like Coca-Cola, Home Depot, and American Family Insurance. He has spent most of his career in the Madison market and strongly believes in relationship-based business development and support for clients.

Tony Ovalle

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Tony joined AE Business Solutions as a Business Development Manager in October of 2018. He has 7 years of experience in IT recruitment/staffing from development to infrastructure.  Tony has been responsible in past roles for technical recruitment, business development, onsite management of client’s IT recruitment process including: planning, sourcing, screening, in-person interviews and on-boarding. With his experience in IT Recruitment and as a Business Development Manager for the Milwaukee market, he is an industry expert when it comes to IT staffing at small, mid or large size companies.

Amber Medina

SENIOR TECHNICAL RECRUITER

Amber joined the AE Workforce Management team in 2019 after 8 years of corporate recruitment. Amber is passionate about recruiting the best & brightest IT talent and consistently delivering an amazing experience to the candidates she works with. Amber and her husband have 2 children and have lived in the Madison area for over 16 years. They love the UW Badgers and raising their kids in the Midwest.

Jason Santore 

TECHNICAL WORKFORCE RECRUITER

Jason joined the AE Workforce Management team after 5 years of higher education recruitment and advising. Whether it’s helping people get the education they need or the job they want, Jason is passionate about helping people take the next step in their lives. In his free time, Jason enjoys producing music and getting spiked on during sand volleyball. He and his wife, Katelynn, moved to Madison from the east coast a few years ago and are really enjoying life in the Midwest.

TECHNICAL WORKFORCE RECRUITER  

Alex brings several years of valuable recruitment and business development experience to the Workforce Management team. He enjoys getting to know his candidates on a personal level and becoming a valuable resource that helps them advance in their careers. A born and bred Wisconsinite, Alex is proud to call Madison home. He and his wife, Colleen, enjoy cheering on their favorite Wisconsin sports teams, golfing, boating and chasing around their rescue dog, Pepper.

Nathaniel Iler 

TECHNICAL WORKFORCE RECRUITER  

Nathaniel joined the AE Workforce Development team after 3 years of wearing many different hats in the industrial field. Being an avid learner and perpetual student gives Nathaniel a great appreciation for the ever changing environment of the IT World. In late 2017, Nathaniel moved to Madison from the Milwaukee area and he continues to spend his time watching movies or playing volleyball, basketball, and softball.
